Abstract

This study examines the legal regime of the international breakdown of marriage. In particular the law applicable to divorce and legal separation under the Council Regulation (EU) No. 1259/2010 of the 20 December 2010 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of law applicable to divorce and legal separation.
