Abstract

The present work aims to study the stress distribution in plates with multiple circular holes, where an analytical or experimental solution aren’t viable, due to their cost and complexity. Mesh and Gauss point convergence aren’t included in the study. Numerous plates with different hole configurations are going to be analyzed. The results expected are stress distributions for the different configurations, pre-existing solutions comparisons and tendency curves that describe the distributions behavior in extreme cases.
