Flexibilidad Psicológica Parental y Problemas de Conducta en la Infancia

Resumen

Este estudio presenta el pilotaje de un protocolo breve de intervención basado en la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT), diseñado para mejorar la flexibilidad psicológica parental (FPP) en progenitores de niños con problemas de conducta. La intervención, compuesta por ocho sesiones semanales de 90 minutos, combinó estrategias de ACT (aceptación, defusión, valores y mindfulness) junto con procedimientos propios del análisis de conducta. Participaron 10 progenitores que cumplían criterios clínicos en el Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI). Se evaluaron la FPP (6-PAQ), el estrés parental (PSS), la satisfacción con la vida (SWLS), la coherencia con los valores (VQ) y el comportamiento infantil (ECBI), junto con medidas de proceso. Los resultados mostraron mejoras significativas y mantenidas a los tres y seis meses en todas las variables. Estos hallazgos sugieren que el protocolo puede ser una herramienta clínica prometedora para mejorar competencias parentales y el bienestar de los progenitores e hijos desde un enfoque contextual.
