MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Festival is to present classical music of the highest standard and to promote the careers of emerging artists through performance opportunities at affordable prices.


SANIBEL MUSIC FESTIVAL FACTS
The Sanibel Music Festival was founded in the 1980’s by Marilyn Lauriente, musician and impresario.
The Festival has presented such wonderful artists as: The Emerson String Quartet, Olga Kern, Opera Theater of Connecticut, Wu Han, David Finckel, The Julliard String Quartet, Orion Weiss, Joyce Yang, Jon Nakamatsu, Ruth Laredo, the American String Quartet, the Pacifica Quartet, and the Prazak Quartet.


The Festival presents seven concerts each “Save March for Music” season, with adult piano lessons, chamber music, recital and vocal ensemble.

Tuesday, March 10 Boston Chamber Music Society with Ann Hobson Pilot, Harp  
Saturday, March 14 2020 Chopin National Piano Competition Winner 
Saturday, March 21 Gould Trio with Robert Plane, Clarinet  
Tuesday, March 24 Singing Andrew Lloyd Weber, Superstar of Song and Stage 
Presented by Opera Theater of Connecticut
Saturday, March 28 Emerson String Quartet


Each concert is performed at Sanibel Congregational Church, 2050 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, FL, 33957. All tickets are priced at $50.00 each with student discounts available.
