When throat inflammation Arctic Blast Review is already severe, it may be accompanied with fever and you will (most likely) feel extreme pain when swallowing. If this is the case, you will need to go to the doctor so they can prescribe an antibiotic as this will be the only way to get rid of your sore throat and fever. Shoulder rotator cuff injury is quite common among sportspersons, especially those sports where the shoulders take a major part of the load or where a lot of shoulder rotation is required. The sports where rotator cuff muscles, especially the supra - and infra - spinatus muscles are put under a lot of stress include swimming, rowing, bowling actions in cricket, baseball, etc. These types of injuries are also common in jobs that require similar movement of the arms and shoulders as in stacking of heavy loads on a regular basis. The injuries can be classified into acute tears, caused by powerful and sudden movement as in falling at speed on an outstretched hand or chronic tears, which develops over time, as in the rubbing of a tendon on a bone located next to it. The symptoms for the former kind of tear involve immediate and severe pain at the specific point in the arm where the tear has occurred followed by muscle spasm(s) which limits movement. Symptoms for chronic tears are seen in people above the age of 40, with the pain level increasing gradually over time and usually most severe at night. Weakness ensues and the arm cannot be lifted to the sides or the top of the head without assistance. Some other movements may also be affected depending on which tendon(s) has / have been injured. Either way, medical assistance should be sought at the earliest possibility to enable proper diagnosis which will help in getting back better if not full functions of the arm and shoulder.
