If you want some form of accompaniment, try to keep it to something without to many calories attached.Make it a regular thing to eat, once a day, at least, a large green salad, and include mustard, cabbage, lettuce, radish, tomato, spinach and any other salad leaves that you can lay your hands on. Also, you need to include vegetables containing a lot of water, such as celery and cucumber, because they add very few extra calories, at the same time, help to keep you hydrated.
